FAQ - Marine Clean Vacation and Cabin Cleaning Services

 Payment Terms.  We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Zelle, Venmo 

No goats, chickens, cows, or any type of livestock.  

We email invoices on the 15th and 30th with all the bookings and any special requests.

Yes. of course.  We are your eyes and ears.  Our team takes pictures and notes sent to the supervisor detailing anything that needs attention.  Including guest supplies that need to be restocked.

Our team cleaning your home will  advise the supervisor what needs restocking.  We will notify the owner who can 1) order supplies on Amazon, Walmart, etc. and have it delivered to Marine Clean offices or your home 2) Marine Clean can purchase the supplies, especially when it's last minute for same day turnover or 3) owner can bring on next visit.  We will work with your requests and we are very flexible.

Yes the team brings their own supplies unless the homeowner has special products they would prefer we use.  We strongly recommend providing some cleaning supplies for the Guests, as they usually want to tidy up some themselves.  

Yes, the guests "usually" like to do a little cleanup, especially when children are present.  We always recommend having some cleaning products on hand in hard to reach places like higher cabinets, out of children's reach.  

Also would recommend a broom, quick floor duster and vacuum.  We advise your own vacuum as our vacuum is used from home to home and deep cleans, etc.
